RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept exchanges on all items, excluding earrings. For any quality issues regarding our products, we are happy to either replace the faulty product or refund the method of payment used (within 7 days of purchase) if returned in saleable condition (showing no signs of damage or use, and all jewellery packaging should be returned with the item(s), accompanied by a sales receipt. 
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of earrings.

 
Exchange Process:
1. Email delicatedreams@outlook.com to let us know you’d like to exchange your item(s).
- Please provide your order number, and the items you are exchanging.
- Please provide a tracking number.
2. Send your item to the return address we provide you in our reply (please note we do not cover the shipping cost of returning the item to us). We recommend purchasing insurance since we cannot be responsible for lost/damaged packages. Returns that arrive back to us damaged from improper customer packaging will not be accepted.
3. Once we receive your returned item(s), we’ll process it within 5 business days.

4. All exchanges will be processed for store credit, for which you’re then able to pick another piece. You’ll receive an email from us with details of the store credit.
 
5. You’ll now be able to place a new order on our site using the store credit.
